Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly when creating an account, such as your name, email address and language preferences. We also store the content of your conversations with the app, your progress on daily missions and your verse bookmarks to provide a personalized experience.

2. Technical information

When an error or crash occurs, the app sends us a technical report containing the error message and the diagnostic stack trace, linked to your user ID if you are signed in, so we can diagnose and fix the problem. This report does not include your device model, operating system or system language. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device and do not require sending a push token to our servers.

3. Use of information

We use your information to:

• Provide app features and personalize your experience.
• Process and maintain your account.
• Send notifications you have explicitly enabled.
• Improve service quality through aggregated and anonymous analytics.

4. Third-party services

To operate the app we use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Supabase: authentication, database and storage.
• AI models from Alibaba (Qwen family): processed through our own intermediate server (proxy) hosted in a data center in the United States. Your conversation content is sent to these services solely to generate responses.
• App Store / Google Play: subscription payment processing.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when strictly necessary to operate the app (e.g. the providers mentioned above) or when required by law.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications (HTTPS) and Row Level Security on our databases. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Data retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active. Deletion requested from within the app is processed immediately; deletion requested by email is completed within a maximum of 7 days. Payment and billing records managed by Google Play and RevenueCat are retained as required by accounting, tax and fraud-prevention law (typically up to 5 years).

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to support@godarmor.app or directly within the app under Settings → PRIVACY & DATA → Delete my account. In-app deletion removes your account and all its data immediately. See the full details at Account Deletion.

9. Minors

GodArmor is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor without the consent of their parents or guardians, we will proceed to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the app and update the latest version date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
