1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using GodArmor, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the application.
2. Service description
GodArmor is a mobile spiritual companion app that offers AI-guided Bible conversations, daily missions, devotionals, verse bookmarks and configurable notifications.
3. Permitted use
GodArmor is a spiritual and devotional support tool. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice. Important life decisions should be consulted with the appropriate professionals and people.
4. User accounts
To access certain features you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use by writing to machado.ingml@gmail.com.
5. AI-generated content
The app uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, reflections and biblical recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and theological respect, we do not guarantee that all content is accurate, complete or appropriate for your particular situation. Use your discernment.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Some advanced features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through official stores (Apple's App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their respective refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
7. User conduct
You agree to use the app respectfully and in accordance with the law. It is prohibited to:
- Use the app for illegal or harmful activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Resell or redistribute app content for commercial purposes.
8. Intellectual property
All content, design, code and GodArmor brand are the property of their owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. Bible versions used have the corresponding licenses from their publishers.
9. Limitation of liability
GodArmor is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
10. Service modifications
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any app feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms; we will notify you of significant changes through the app.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may also stop using it at any time and request deletion of your account.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the service owner's jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
